Dr. Gooditis began her teaching career at Franklin Township School. As a teacher, she has taught STEM, Math and Gifted and Talented Science. In August 2019, Dr. Gooditis was appointed by the Board of Education to serve as the Principal of Franklin Township School.

Dr. Gooditis earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and Integrative STEM, her Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership at The College of New Jersey, and her Doctorate Degree in Educational Leadership at Centenary University.  During the Master's program, she completed her Principal and Superintendent internships at Franklin Township School. 

During her time at Franklin Township School, Dr. Gooditis served on numerous committees, written curriculum, and was the advisor of the school play and yearbook. During the 2017-2018 school year, Dr. Gooditis was awarded with the Governor’s Teacher of the Year.
